Bernard started and runs the program. He allways looks for the development of the riders. Being straight forward, respectfull and honest are his trade-marks. He will not tell the riders what they like to hear, he tells what they need to hear. Together with his wife, Ann, he takes a lot of pride in this program. That is to be seen in every choosen staff-member and in every detail of the program.
